本文论述了建设社会保障统计指标体系的原则 ,并按照这些原则设计了较为完整的社会保障统计指标体系。这个体系由社会保险、社会救助、社会优抚、社会福利等子体系组成 ,每一子体系包括描述指标、分析评价指标和监测决策指标等 3类指标。

This paper discusses the principles for setting up the statistic indexes system of social security and designs an integrate statistic indexes system of social security based on the principles.This system includes some sub-systems such as social insurance,social support,social welfare etc.,each sub-system has its own description index,analysis index and supervision or decision index.
