摘要
运用教学实验的方法 ,通过设制“2 +1”的体育课程模式和建立课外俱乐部等形式 ,对高师公共体育课程体系改革进行了探讨 ,取得了可喜成果。
The reform of course system of public physical education is discussed by setting up course mode '2+1' and organizing some clubs after class.Teaching experiment shows that the reform achieve good results.
