摘要
两个蚕豆品种经水分胁迫 ,蚕豆叶片的含水量、叶片相对含水量 ( RWC)降低 ,水分饱和亏缺 ( WSD)明显增大 ,主要是自由水含量减少而致 .香珠豆的气孔调节能力强 ,RWC、自由水下降幅度小 ,保水能力强 ,抗旱性强 .
Under water stress condition,Wt,RWC in leaves of V.faba decreases significantly, while WSD increases,which is mainly caused by the decrease of the content of free water. The regulating ability of stoma of Xiangzhu broad bean is higher,the range of decrease of RWC and free water is smaller,and the preserving abiliity of leaves moisture and drought relief is higher. This is also proved in the experiment of the rate of water loss in detached leaves.
