摘要
研究高蛋白含量的 Fusarium菌株 X1 3- 1的最佳生长条件 ,并从菌丝体中获得了高达 47%的菌体蛋白 ,再用热休克方法使其中 RNA的含量降至 2 %以下 ,使之符合 WHO的标准 .通过动物免疫实验证明 。
We have studied the best growing factor about Fusarium strains with high protein content, as the result,the protein content attains 47%. By using the method of 'heat shock', the RNA of strain X13 1 was reduced to below 2%, fit for the rule of W.H.O. Through the test of immune function to mice, the mycoprotein of X13 1 has the enhancement of immune function in experiments.
