摘要
微分心电信号的突变特性反映了心肌除极波前在传播过程中的临界点现象 ,有可能解释心电图高频成分的成因 .该文应用小波变换对信号突变点检出的理论对微分心电信号进行分析 ,并用非线性最小二乘法进行参数拟合 ,确定了突变点的位置 .通过临床冠心病组与正常对照组对比检出实验 ,统计结果显示出突变点的数量对心肌缺血或损伤具有较高的敏感性 ,初步证明了这种检出方法的有效性 .
The saltation edges of a differential electrocardiogram (ECG) are the sensitive descriptor of ventricular depolarizing critical points.These points may be used to give explanations of the high frequency components of the ECG.By using the wavelet transform and the non linear optimization,we calculated parameters and determined the saltation edges of the differential ECG.The number of the saltation edges of the coronary disease patients is often different from normal peoples.It is shown that this method is effective for determining the saltation edges of a differential ECG.
