提出图书馆在21世纪实现跨越式发展的战略思路,论述加快跨越式发展所需要的图书馆文化。
The main characteristics of the 21st century are the simultaneous existence of knowledge economy, information economy, and network economy. This paper presents a strategic idea for libraries to develop in the 21st century and discusses the demands for library culture in the developing by leaps and bounds.
