民营科技企业是推动我国经济增长的一支重要力量 ,但目前面临着不少问题 ,包括认识、资金、产权、管理、服务、人才及法律等。解决这些问题的对策是解放思想 ,提高认识 ;建立多元化的投融资体系 ;深化产权制度改革 ,建立现代企业制度 ;加强科学管理 ,提高管理水平 ;建立和完善服务体系及人才培养体系 ;加强法制建设 ,切实保障民营科技企业的合法权益。

The private firms of science and technology have become a powerful driver of China's economic growth.But it is suffering some problems from areas such as financing,property ringts,management and supporting services.The resolution of the problems relies upon the change of ideaology and the establishment and reform of supportive systems such as financing and investing systems,the reform of property ringts,the establishment of modern corporation and management systems.Besides,the establishment and improvement of legislative systems are essential to the protection of the interests for the private firms of technology.
