老年经济实体是老年事业的一个重要组成部分。以上海市退管老年经济实体为例 ,分析了老年经济实体的作用和存在的困难与问题 ,提出了扶植老年经济实体的法律依据及对策设想。

Enterprises run by the elderly is an important component of the facilities for the elderly. From the case study of Shanghai,this paper analyzes the effects,difficulties and problems in development of this types of enterprises,and provides some policy recommendations.
