摘要
首次应用变形速率连续可变式热裂纹试验方法(VDR法)研究合金元素对HQ高强度钢埋弧焊结晶裂纹敏感性的影响。试验结果表明了VDR法与横向可变拘束裂纹试验结果的一致性。本试验结果为研究国产HQ60～100钢种的焊接性和焊接材料提供了依据。
The sensitivity of crystallization cracking which is affected by alloy elements in HQ high strength steel submerged arc welded metal was studied with continuously variable'deformation rate cracking test (V-DR) method for the first time. The results show that the data obtained with VDR method is the same as that obtained with transverse variable restraint cracking test method.
