OCR数字化加工系统是为实现海量图书、档案、文献资料数字化而研制的实用数字化加工系统,它可以对海量信息资源进行加工、存储、检索、传输和利用,是信息化基础建设的重要手段。
The digital OCR system is applied to digitalize books, files and other paper- based materials. As it can realize the processing, storage, search, transmission and use for a vast amount of information resources, it is also an important technological means of the infrastructure of literature digitalization.
