摘要
激励管理是现代图书馆管理的核心。准确地运用激励机制,可以激发人的潜能,增强人的意志。图书馆管理中常用的激励手段有:目标激励、领导行为激励、榜样激励、情感激励、培训教育激励和自我激励。在实施激励时,应把握其时效性、范围、力度以及合理性和公正性等问题。
Encouragement management is the core of modern library management. The correct utilization of encouragement mechanism can arouse people's motive, strengthen people's will and enable people to engender intrinsic intellectical impetus. The commonly used encouragement means are: goal encouragement, leader's deed encouragement, example encouragement, feeling encouragement, train and education encouragement and self- encouragement, when encouragement is put into practice, we should pay attention to the control of the effectiveness, scope, dynamics of encouragement, the rationality of encouragement goal and justice of encouragement, etc.
