摘要
人体干扰素对植物病毒的作用,在国外已有较多研究,但结果不尽相同。本文报道人体干扰素对烟草花叶病毒(TMV)在普通烟(Nicotiana tabacum)和心叶烟(Nicotiana glutinosa)体内增殖和侵染能力的影响。 试验用TMV为普通株系,来自预先接种的烟草叶片,侵染普通烟可引起系统花叶,在心叶烟上则引起局部枯斑。待接种的植物普通烟和心叶烟生长于25±3℃。
In order to evaluate the inhibitory effect induced by HuIFNa on TMV, two plant systems have been used: Nicotiana tabacum and Nicotiana glutinosa. On N.tabacum brushing leaves with HuIFNa 100U/ml could reduce the number of mosaic leaves on tabacco when HuIFNa was applied up to 24hr, 48hr and 72hr before inoculation. Especially with the 100U/ ml-72hr combination, the inhibition percentages were 60% and 58% respectively, in the first and second weeks after virus inoculation The other treatment combination were irregularly variable. On N.9lutinosa, HuIFNa 100U/ml, 200U/ml, 1000U/ml reduced the local lesion numbers only when HuIFNa was applied 72hr before inoculation. The inhibition percentage were 18%-37%. These results suggest that HuIFNa induced resistance of N.glutinosa and N.tabacum to infection by TMV.
