摘要
通过激励理论类型、激励作用和原则的论述,提出必须用多种因素来制定激励方案,并结合工作实践具体提出与多种因素相关联的激励数学模型。这个数学模型可使激励活动做到公平、公开和公正,做到激励方案既有可比性,又有可操作性。
By discussing the types of encouragement theory, the functions and principles of encouragement, the authors point out that the encouraging scheme must be decided by multiple factors, and based on the practical work, bring out an encouragement mathematics model relating to multiple factors. The mathematics model not only considers the personal factors of staff, but also thinks of the subjective judgement by the supervisor, and makes the encouragement activity comparable and operational.
