丹参、赤芍对大鼠Walker 256癌肝转移影响机制的研究

Study on the mechanism of danshen, chishao affecting Walker 256 liver metastasis in experimental rats

目的 :研究丹参、赤芍对大鼠Walker 2 5 6癌肝转移影响的机制。方法 :ELISA检测实验大鼠中药灌胃后血清VEGF(血管内皮细胞生长因子 )的变化 ,免疫组织化学检测实验大鼠肿瘤组织微血管密度的变化。结果 :大鼠血清VEGF浓度在予丹参、赤芍灌胃后明显升高 ,肿瘤组织微血管密度高于生理盐水组。活血中药 (丹参、赤芍 )组的肝转移率、血性腹水率、腹腔播散率均高于生理盐水组。结论 :丹参、赤芍中药可增强实验大鼠VEGF的表达及肿瘤血管形成 ,促进肿瘤侵袭和转移发生。

Purpose:To determine the mechanism of danshen, chishao affecting Walker 256 liver metastasis in experimental rat. Methods:Serum VEGF concentrations in experimental rats were detected by ELISA, and the microvascular density (MVD) in tumor tissues were measured by immunohistochemistry staining. Results:The concentrations of serum VEGF in rats were asceding after administered danshen and chishao, MVD in huoxuehuayu group was higher than normal saline group. The incidences of hepatic metastasis, bloody ascites and peritoneal spread in huoxuehuayu group were higher than normal saline group. Conclusions:Danshen, chishao can promote invasion and metastasis of tumor in the experimental rats by enhancing the expression of VEGF and angiogenesis.
