摘要
谷斑皮蠹(Trogoderma granarium Everts)是一种隐蔽性、抗逆性和抗药性很强的检疫性害虫,许多国家为消灭它而进行了化学的和物理方法的处理研究,这些方法难以彻底防除.1985——1990年笔者用C_060-伽马射线的不同剂量进行了试验研究,结果表明:成虫、幼虫.蛹和卵的百分之百致死剂量范围内,随着致死剂量的增加各虫态百分之百致死的时间减少.成虫、幼虫和蛹用较低剂量辐照后主要影响成虫的产卵和卵的孵化;幼虫的化蛹和蛹的羽化;蛹的羽化和成虫的产卵等发育效应.从试验中说明了伽马射线的剂量影响它们发育至下一虫期.
Trogoderma granarium Everts Is a kind of pests which possesses the property of conceaIment, very strong resistance to adversity and to the action of a certain drug and must be put under quarantine. The treatment researches by chemical and physical methods have carried out in many countries. However, the methods were not effective to thoroughly control and kill the insect. During 1985-1990 the tests by using different doses of Co60-gamma rays have been carried out.
The range of lethal dose for 100% killing of adults, larvae, pupae and eggs has been determied and it has been proved that the 100% killing time for all stages of insect life are less with the increase of lethal dose.
Irradiation with less dose significantly affects the effects of insect growth including the oviposition of the adults and hatching of the eggs, the pupation of the larvae and emergence of the pupae, the emergenece of the pupae and oviposition of the adults etc. The tests also indicated that the dose of gamma rays will continue to function until the next stage of the insect growth.
