改良术式的驼峰鼻矫正术

MODIFIED PLASTIC OPERATION FOR HUMP NOSE

目的 :探讨较合理的驼峰鼻的矫治方法。 方法 :对传统驼峰鼻术式进行改良 ,凿除驼峰 ,并凿开两侧鼻颌缘。在鼻侧造成骨折并向中间靠拢。在鼻翼软骨内侧脚之间剖开软骨膜 ,暴露及切除过长之鼻中隔软骨 ,同时行大翼软骨上半部分切除。 结果 :联合矫治共 8例 ,术中视野暴露清楚 ,驼峰、鼻尖下垂及鼻尖肥大同时得以矫正 ,术后疤痕不显 。

Objective:To research better incision and operative procedure of hump nose and to receive better results at less operative impairment Methods:To make a 'U' incision on the nasal columella,reserve two small triangle floap at the base,lift the flap on the nasal columella,chisel up the hump under direct vision,to contribule to the fracture close inwards;while to operate on the tip of greater alar cartilage for reductive rhinotomy Results:Since 1995,8 cases of hump nose were operated in this way,hump noses,ptosed apex of nose and hypertrophic alae nose were corrected simultaneously Conclusion:In this operative mode,clear field,less tissue damage and rapid recovery can be obtained
