摘要
目的 :研究老年性上睑下垂的发病机理 ,探求更加满意的整形手术效果。 方法 :对 40例患者术前测量肌力 ,下垂量 ,术中观察提上睑肌腱膜附着点的解剖变化。行提上睑肌折叠加强 -重睑成形手术。 结果 :发现老年性上睑下垂可分为乏力型、脱离型两型 ,一级术后效果达 90 %以上 ,手术满意率为 10 0 %。 结论 :对伴有提上睑肌乏力或脱离的老年患者行上睑下垂矫正
Objective:To study the disease machine and research more satisfactory plastic effctive Method:The fold strengthen of levator palpebral supcrioris united with upperlid blepharo plasty was operated on the old age ptosis in total 40 cases Changes of levator palpebral supcrioris were divied into two types:tired and separated type Results:After operation,Level 1 reached above 90%,satisfaction rate reached 100% Conclusion:The patient with upperlid slack and levator palpebral supcrioris should be performed an operation for the synthetic aesthetic operation
