心理暗示在美容心理障碍患者治疗中的应用

PSYCHO-SUGGEST IN THE TREATMENT OF PSYCHOLOGICALLY DISTURBED AESTHETIC PATIENT

目的 :总结分析心理暗示在美容心理障碍患者治疗中应用的经验。 方法 :笔者对一些特殊的病例采用心理暗示的方法进行心理治疗 ,以 4例典型病例为例介绍了采用手术、药物和语言等心理暗示手段治疗的过程 ,并对处理过程进行了分析。 结果 :4例患者均取得了比较满意的治疗效果。 结论 :美容患者的心理问题是一个十分复杂的问题 ,心理异常的患者可以通过心理治疗而矫正 ,但是 ,有一些患者采用一般的咨询方法难以解决其心理问题 ,本组患者治疗结果显示如果病例选择恰当 ,可以改善患者的心理状态。但是 ,笔者也注意到心理治疗必须具备一定的心理学知识 。

Objective:To review the clinical results and experiences in the management of psychiatric obstacle aesthetic surgery patients Methods:We have used the surgery as a psycho suggest tool in 4 patients The detail of the psycho suggest is introduced.The acceptable candidates for surgery are discussed Results:All the patients were satisfied with the results Conclusion:Psychological issue of aesthetic surgery patients is very complex For the most of patients with psychological obstacle,psychiatric consultation may be the first choice But sometime,psychiatric consultation alone cannot solve the problem The cooperation between plastic surgery and psychology is very importent for the succese of the treatment
