摘要
目的 研究E 钙粘蛋白、CD44v6在肝癌组织中的表达及与肝癌病理生物学行为之间的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学染色法对 5 6例肝癌标本进行染色。结果 肝癌组织比相应的癌旁肝组织中E 钙粘蛋白表达明显减低 ,减低率为 72 .3% ( 4 1/5 6 )。E 钙粘蛋白表达减低与癌灶大小 ,包膜情况显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。高侵袭性肝癌组与低侵袭性肝癌组相比 ,E 钙粘蛋白表达减低也更加明显 (P <0 .0 5 )。CD44v6表达绝大多数位于肝癌组织中 ,阳性率为 42 .9% ( 2 4/5 6 ) ,未显示其与肝癌临床病理学特征的相关性。结论 E 钙粘蛋白在肝癌组织中表达减低 ,并与肝癌病理生物学特性及肝癌的浸润侵袭相关 ;CD44v6表达与肝癌病理生物学特性及肝癌的浸润侵袭无明显相关 ;联合应用这两种粘附分子对于判断肝癌浸润侵袭有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of E cadherin and CD44v6 in liver tissue with invasive characters of HCC.Methods 72 routinely processed liver tissue samples including 5 normal liver, 11 benign lesions and 56 HCC were investigated immunohistochemically.Results The expression levels of E cadherin in neoplastic tissue were significantly reduced as compared with those in the counterpart paraneoplastic tissue and the reducing ratio was 73.2% (41/56). The expression levels of E cadherin were correlated with diameters and encapsulations of HCC (P<0.05) .The decreasing ratio of E cadherin in invasive HCC was 90.9%, whereas 61.8% in non invasive HCC (P<0.05). CD44v6 was immunostained predominantly by tumor cells and no correlation was found between CD44v6 expressions and clinical pathology characters of HCC.Conclusion The expression levels of E cadherin were decreased in neoplastic tissue of HCC and correlated with the clinical pathology parameters and invasive characters. No relationship was found between the expression of CD44v6 and the clinical evolution of HCC. The combined use of the two adhesion molecules was of important value to predict the invasive potential of HCC.
