摘要
目的 排除自动生化分析仪流动比色池携带污染。 方法 在RA-50半自动生化分析仪上用氧化酶法测定葡萄糖,观察仪器在不同吸入容量时的携带污染率。 结果 吸入量为 500μl、 600μl、 700μl、 800μl、 900μl、1000μl、1100μl时,其携带污染率分别为5.97%、3.2%、1.88%、0.97%、0.58%、0.26%、0.13%,其冲洗误差分别为4.85%、3.11%、2.10%、1.24%、0.76%、0.52%、0.38%。 结论 流动池式自动生化分析仪检测液体吸入容量是流动池容积的9~11倍时,可有效地排除携带污染,而试剂用量不多。
Objective To eliminate residual contamination of flowcell on automatic chemical analyzer and to find the way of decontamination. Methods Serum glucose was detected with oxidase method by RA-50 semi-automatic chemical analyzer,and the residual contamination rate of different volume drawn was observed. Results When the absorbed volume were 500μl, 600μl, 700μl,800μl, 900μl, 1000μ1 and 1100μl, the residual contamination rates were 5.97%、3.2%、1.88%、0.97%、0.58%、0.26%, 0.13%; the washing error were 4.85%、3.11%、2.1%、1.24%、0.76%、0.52%、0.38% respectively. Conclusions When the absorbed volume is 9~11 times that of the flowcell capacity,the residual contamination can be eliminated effectively,and the expenditure of reagents is not much.
