分光光度法对芝麻油掺伪定量检验探讨 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用Boudouin试验法,即芝麻油中芝麻酚同糠醛缩合反应,生成红色化合物,经分光光度计测定吸光度,定量求出掺伪芝麻油中芝麻油含量。对于机制香油,小磨香油和普通芝麻油,分别引入不同的校正系数,将测定结果予以校正。该法回收率为97.8%~109.7%,变异系数为0.0071~0.0204。 Boudouin test was used for determining quantitatively the content of sesame oil in the fake sesame oil. The condensation reaction of sesamol with furaldehyde formed a red compound. The absorbance was determined with the spectrophotometry. The different correctness factors were used for mechihe—processed sesame oil, small stone mill—processed secame oil and common mill—processed sesame oil. The recovery was 97.8—109.7%, the coefficient of variation was 0.0071-0.0204.
