罗湖区12所幼儿园儿童维生素A营养调查分析

Vitamine A Nutritional Survey Children in Twelve Kindergartens Shenzhen Luohu District

目的:了解罗湖区幼儿园儿童维生素A(VA)营养状况。方法:对儿童进行血清VA测定、体检;对在园儿童膳食用称重法进行营养调查分析;就儿童的饮食习惯及对食物的态度向保育员、家长、儿童进行问卷调查。结果:被抽查儿童的平均血清VA水平为44.8ug/dl,但有16.1%的儿童血清VA<30ug/dl,其中有0.99%的儿童血清VA在10～19ug/dl之间。私立幼儿园血清VA处于低水平的儿童比例较高。少数幼儿园的儿童膳食视黄醇摄入量存在严重不足;对富含视黄醇的食物的态度调查显示,血清VA水平低组儿童比高组儿童较明显地存在着挑食、偏食现象;血清VA<30ug/dl组儿童在体检中发现少数有轻度VA缺乏临床表现。结论:罗湖幼儿园儿童血清VA平均水平基本处在正常范围内,但有15.1%的儿童清VA水平处于可疑为亚临床维生素A缺乏症(SVAD)范围,有0.99%的儿童可肯定SVAD。少数园所儿童膳食中的视黄醇摄入量存在阶段性或长期性不足。幼儿园儿童SVAD的发生与儿童大园膳食营养供给及饮食习惯有关。集体儿童营养监督监测须加强。
