针灸医学与心身医学的关系探讨

Exploration of the Relationship Between the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Medicine and Psychosomatic Medicine

本文从四个方面引用了大量资料和研究成果阐述了针灸医学与现代心身医学的相关性。针灸对全身各个系统的作用机理是通过作用于大脑中枢和植物神经系统来实现的,神经反射是针灸作用的关键环节。针灸医学将是心身医学发展中的重要临床手段,而心身医学的发展将为针灸医学提供更为先进的现代医学理论支柱;针灸医学的众多实验研究,在很大程度上是对现代心身医学关于心理与躯体之间联系的中介机制研究的巨大补充;而心身医学在心理—神经—生理方面的研究也将有助于针灸医学的实验研究。针灸医学的实验研究中与心身相关的上述研究,为针灸心身医学的形成奠定了基础。针灸治疗过程是一个完整的心身调节过程,而不能简单地理解为是一个物理刺激过程。在针灸治疗过程中,始终伴随着患者的有意注意和无意注意,伴随着患者大脑皮层兴奋点的扩大、缩小和转移。

In four aspects this article expounds the correlation between acupuncture and moxibustion and psychosomatic medicine with a great deal of materials and research achievements. Most functions are made by affecting central and vegetative nervous systems of the brain. It can be considered that nerve reflex is the key link of function of acupuncture and moxibustion. Thus acupuncture and moxibustion medicine can be an important clinical tool in the development of psychosomatic medicine, on the other hand, the development of the psychosomatic medicine will provide a more advanced, modem theoretical basis for the acupuncture and moxibustion medicine.To a great extent, numerous experimental studies of acupuncture and moxibustion has tremendously complemented to the mesomeric mechanism studies. Psycho-nerve-physiologic studies of psychosomatic medicine can in turn contribute to the studies of acupuncture and moxibustion. Those studies of acupuncture and moxibustion related to psychosomatic concept have established basis for the formation of acu-psychosomatic medicine.The characteristics of acupuncture itself decide that the treating process is a kind of psychosomatic adjusting process. The patients disposed care and accidental care are remained throughout the acupuncture treating process. At the same time, this process is accompanied by the enlarging, shrinking and transferring of excited point of cerebral cortex.
