摘要
本文从山西应县黄芪、内蒙武川黄芪、河北安国黄芪的显微结构、微量元素和黄芪甲甙含量三方面进行了比较,结果显示,在性状外观显微结构方面,山西应县黄芪与内蒙古武川黄芪有相近之处,与河北安国黄芪差异很大;微量元素和黄芪甲甙测定显示,山西应县黄芪优于内蒙武川黄芪及河北安国黄芪。文中对山西地道黄芪的历史沿革、地域资源、生长环境等内容进行了阐述;并对山西黄芪的开发利用及产业化发展进行了探讨。
From three aspects, i.e. microstructure, trace element, and astragaloside, the paper compared with three kinds of Huangqi cultivated on Ying county of Shanxi, Wuchuan of Inner Mongolia, Anguo of Hebei. The result showed that Ying county Huangqi is similar to Wuchuan huangqi in microstructure, shape and properties, but much different from Anguo Huangqi. The determination of trace element and astragaloside demonstrated that Shanxi Huangqi is better than Wuchuan and Anguo Huangqi. The author stated the history of native Shanxi huangqi, resources of the region, growing environment and so on. Furthermore the paper explored exploitation and industrializational development of Shanxi Huangqi.
