餐饮名牌的综合效益及其发展战略

摘要 以天津“三绝”食品“狗不理包子”、“十八街麻花”、“耳朵眼儿炸糕”为例 ,分析了我国餐饮名牌产品的生产与经营现状。结果表明 :其生产与经营现状仍不容乐观 ,还存在许多亟待解决的问题。与国外名牌产品相比 ,我国餐饮名牌产品潜在的经济和社会效益远没有发挥出来。我国餐饮业应深化改革 ,制定餐饮品牌发展战略 ,以充分发挥餐饮名牌的综合效应。 Take for example Tianjin's 'Three Absolute Foods'--'Gou Bu Li Baozi', 'Shi Ba Jie Mahua', 'Er Dou Yan Er Zagao' to analyse the production and management situation of our country's famous diet bands. The result shows that it is still not optimistic and there are still many problems to be solved. Compared with famous bands of foreign countries, the potential economic and social benefits of our bands are not brought into play. So our diet should be reformed furtherly and we should formulate developing strategy for diet bands, so that we can bring comprehensive effect of diet bands into full pay.
