摘要
李光地的民本思想是时代的产物。其主要内容表现在重视民心、与民休息、为民兴利、省刑治贪等几个方面。其目的在于“用民”，使清朝长治久安。李光地的民本思想及其政治实践应予肯定。
LI Guangdi's thought of “With the People as the Base”was the outcome of that times.It included attaching great importance to common aspiration of the people,lightening people's burden,promoting what benefit the people, lightening punishment and punishing corrupt officials.He wanted to make use of the people to make the Qing Dynasth exist permanently.We should affirm LI Guangdi's thought of“With the People as the Base”and his political practice.
