摘要
当代,以人为本的发展观越来越明显地改变着人们对事物的评价标准,亦越来越明显地影响着学校的德育工作。而传统德育在其观念上忽视了以人为本的德育主体性,就其内容看抽象了人性的本质内涵;在德育模式方面则把品德的形成过程等同于智育的认知过程,从而造成当今学校德育工作不能令人满意的现状。于是构建以人为本的德育新理念、确立以人为本的主体性德育目标和主体性德育模式就成了每一位德育工作者义不容辞的职责。
Nowadays,the anthropocentric outlook on development is distinctly changing people's evaluating standards towards things and is affecting the work of moral training at schools.Whereas,the present work of moral training is unsatisfactory due to the facts that traditional one neglects the subject orientation of anthropocentric moral training in its concept,abstracts the essence of human nature in its content and regards the process of the formation of morality as the cognizant process of intellectual education in its patterns.Therefore,every moral educator is duty bound to establish the new anthropocentric moral training concept,targets and patterns.
