The practice of science and technology has two sided effects. Reduction and elimination of the negative effects is the rational premise of science and technology practice must be constructed adhering to the following principles:the dynamicand harmonious integration of man and nature, the unification of 'seeking truth'and 'seeking virtue' and the combination of technology and rationality of globalvalue. The construction contributes to the comprehensive and accurate understanding of the practice theory of Marxist philosophy.
