摘要
DNA探针实质上是一种具有单一螺旋结构的DNA ,其多核苷酸通过碱基配对可以同具有互补顺序的另一条多核苷酸 (靶DNA)杂交 ,用同位素、酶或其他检测方法进行标识 ,就可以很快发现探针并知道混同在其他微生物中的检测菌 .利用这一原理 ,可以辨别出各种致病菌的DNA .该方法可用于包括食品生产中产生的致病菌和各种谷物、禽畜的疾病检测 .
In fact,DNA probe is a kind of DNA with single helix.Its nucleotide can be hybridized with another nucleotide chain which has complemental sequence,it is very fast to find the probe by identifying with isotopes,enzymes,or other detection methods and to know detection strains mixing in other microorganisms.By means of this theory,we can identify diversified DNA of foodborne pathogens.This method can be used in testing pathogens in food production,various corns,and livestock.
