摘要
根据金字塔调味理论,对采用喷涂工艺生产的风味小吃食品的调味料和调味油配方进行了研究,得到了风味较好的小试产品,对此类产品的生产具有实践意义。
According to pyramid flavoured theory, formuals of flavouring aromatic and flavouringoil on spray processed snack food are studied, through which well flavor experimental products are gotten , it has a practical significance to such kind of product.
