The method of preparing chitooligosaccharides was discussed.It was studied that hydrogen peroxide affected the oxygenation degradation reaction of chitosan on acid condition.The various factors of hydrogen peroxide density,dosage and reaction temperature which affected oxygenation degradation reaction were discussed.The optimal procedure to prepare chitooligosaccharides was determined.
