摘要
随着西方生态保护思潮和素食主义的兴起 ,“动物权利”与人类营养的矛盾日益突出 ,这就提出了“食物伦理”的新命题。从中国丰富的饮食文化遗产中 ,可以总结出三条合理而可行的伦理规范。另一方面 ,中餐“食珍”猎奇的糟粕如不纠正 ,必将使我们面对巨大的文化压力。
With the uprise of the ideas of ecologic protection and vegetarianism, the contradiction of 'animal rights' and human nutrition becames more and more protruding, which advances a new topic 'Food Ethics'. Three reasonable and feasible ethics standards can be summarized from the legacy of Chinese food culture. In another way, if we don't remedy the dross of 'eating rarity', that is hunting for novelty, we'll face greater cultural pressure.
