摘要
采用 Ｃａｒｇｉｌ Ｄｏｗ公司 ＮａｔｕｒｅＷｏｒｋｓ技术生产的聚乳酸（ＰＬＡ）具有多种优良的性能，如亲水性优于ＰＥＴ、极好的手感、极好的悬垂性及外观、好的回弹性能、紫外线稳定性、低可燃性等。该纤维不仅应用在机织物、针织物和非织造布领域，而且还应用在膜、纸、热成形及注射塑膜等方面，今后还将扩展到泡沫注塑容器膜以及乳液等方面。
The polylatic acid (PLA) produced by using Cargill Dow's NatureWorks technology has many distinguishing features such as more hydrophilic than PET, excellent hand, drape and feel, good resilience, unaffected by UV light and low flammability. Primary applications of such PLA have been targeted to fibers, woven or knitted textiles and nonwoven fabrics, now applications have been also developed in films, paper coating, thermoforming and injection molding, and they are expected to extend to foams injection stretch blow molded containers and emulsions.
