Improvements of Sizing Process for Spun Rayon

人棉纱的上浆工艺，应采用轻张力、小伸长，低温度、高回潮，轻上浆、重被覆等措施。这样可使浆纱手感柔软而富弹性，落浆率低，织造开口清晰，断经率低，布机生产稳定。

To constantly improve the sizing process for spun rayon, it is recommended to treat the yarn at lower tension, elongation and temperature but high moisture regain, with thinner size but high coverage property. Thus the sized yarn will have soft hand and good resilience as well as low size deposit rate. It can guarantee the stable production of weaving machine with clear shedding and low rate of end break.
