Cr-Mo型钢管焊接接头压扁试验不合格原因分析

摘要 对空冷器管束装置,采用A307焊条的焊芯,以手工钨极氩弧焊焊接的Cr-Mo型钢管接头压扁试验时不合格的问题进行试验研究。通过采用焊后局部回火处理提高了焊缝金属的塑性,从而使接头压扁试验合格,其强度也满足设计要求。 The reasons of unacceptable joints of Cr-Mo steel scetion tube weld in flattening test are analyzed. The joint is welded with manual TIG welding process fed with A307 electrode core and tested at as weld state. The tube brindle is used as an air cooled heat exchanger. After experimental study, it is found that the weld metal ductility is improved by local post weld tempering treatment. In this way, the results of flattening test for tube joint are acceptable and joint strength is still satisfied for design requirement.
