摘要
应用尼群地平对４０例高血压患者治疗６～８个月。结果显示患者血压、心肌重量指数明显下降、血液流变学指标变化不显著。提示：尼群地平具有明显降压和消退肥厚心肌的作用，对血液流变学无不良影响。
The blood pressure(BP),left ventricular mass index(LVMI)and hemorheology in 40patients with hypertension before and after 6～8 months of treatment with nitredipine wereinvestigated.The results showed:(1)marked reduction of LVMI and BP(2)no significantchange in hemorheology.It is suggested that nitredipine can reduce left ventricularhypertrophy,lower BP without inverse effect on hemorheology.
