摘要
本文观察了高频喷射通气结合胸壁挤压(HFJV+CWC)对组胺致肺损伤犬进行体制呼吸时解剖死腔量(V)和生理死腔量(V)的影响,并与单纯高频喷射通气(HFJV)进行比较。结果表明,与HFJV相比,HFJV+CWC时V、V、FRC和PaCO_2均显著减少(P<0.01),V_A和VCO_2均显著增加(P<0.01),而V_E、V_T和PaO_2均无显著变化(P<0.05)。提示,HFJV+CWC控制呼吸时,V和V的减少是增强CO_2排除效能的主要机理之一。
he effects of high frequency jet ventilation combined with chest wall compression(HFJV+CWC ) on deadspace were observed in canine with histamine─induced lund injury during controlled respiration and compared with those of high frequency jet ventilation(HFJV), The reSults showed that physiologic deadspace ( V), anatomical deadspace(V),functional residual capacity and PaCO<sub>2</sub> during HFJV+CWC were significantly lowerthan those of HFJV(P<0. 01 ), Every minute alveolar ventilation and elimination of CO<sub>2</sub>during HFJV+CWC were obviously higher than those of HFJV(P<0. 01 ), No significantdifference was observed in every minute ventilation,tidal volume and PaO<sub>2</sub>(P<0. 01 ),It issuggested that the decrement of V and V is one of the main mechanisms of enchancingCO<sub>2</sub> elimination during HFJV+CWC with controlled respiration.
