阻抗呼吸图对HFJV治疗蒸气吸入性损伤犬的监护作用

摘要 以蒸气吸入性损伤犬为模型,观察高频喷射通气(HFJV)治疗伤犬时不同时间的阻抗呼吸图、动脉血气及气道压力的变化。结果发现,随着时间的推移,肺阻抗呼吸波(ΔZ)与PaO_2变化一致,二者均显著下降,而PaCO_2则升高,气道压力变化与ΔZ和动脉血气无关。表明阻抗呼吸图能准确反映致伤犬肺通气功能的变化,可作为一项有效的呼吸监测指标,并可评价HFJV的效果。 Nine dogs were injured by steam inhalation and treated with high frequency jet ventila-tion, Impedance plethysmograph,arterial blood gas and airway pressure were observed dur-ing ventilation, The results revealed that both ΔZ value(impedance plethysmograph) andPaO<sub>2</sub> decreased significantly, while PaCO<sub>2</sub> increased. Changes in airway pressure bore no re-lation to those of ΔZ and arterial blood gases. This indicates that impedance plethysmo-graph may accurately reflect the changes in respiratory function of injuried dogs,so it can bean effective parameter monitoring respiration and used to evaluate the efficiency of HFJV aswell
