半规管式与折反式反向喷射装置的临床比较 被引量:2

摘要 采用半规管式反向喷射装置于全麻病人进行安全性高频双向喷射通气,证明该装置安全可靠,其排除CO_2能力明显优于折返式反喷装置及单向喷射通气,并能保持PaCO_2适度降低及维持PaO_2基本稳定,不产生气道内负压,无明显循环干扰。提示该装置对救治慢性阻塞性疾患(COPD)病人将有一定的临床意义。 Semicircular form high frequency jet ventilation was used in general anesthetized pa-tients to manage respiration. The results indicated this form of ventilation was reliable, Itwas more competent in eliminating CO<sub>2</sub> than U-turn form high frequency jet ventilation andsingle─way high frequency jet ventilation. Furthermore,it could maintain normal oxygena-tion, did not produce negative airway pressure nor interfere with circulation. It is suggestedthat this form of ventilation is suitable for treating patients with chronic obstructive pul-monary disease(COPD).
