脑出血TRH兴奋试验后HPTA功能改变的初步探讨

A Preliminary Discussion of Functional Change of HPTA after TRH Excitation Test in Cerebral Hemorrhage

对２０例脑出血患者进行促甲状腺释放激素（ＴＲＨ）兴奋试验，同时检测甲状腺素。了解下丘脑－垂体－甲状腺轴（ＨＰＴＡ）功能的变化过程，结果发现整个轴均有变化，其中以垂体、甲状腺功能改变较明显。

Thyrotropin-releasing-hormone(TRH)excitation test was made on twenty patientswith cerebral hemorrhage,and the level of thyroxine in blood was examined at the same timeto study the functional changes in the hypothalamuspituitary gland-thyroid gland-axis(HP-TA).The whole axis found changed,with functional changes of the pituitary gland and thyroid gland more prominent.
