脑出血TRH兴奋试验后HPTA功能改变的初步探讨

摘要 对20例脑出血患者进行促甲状腺释放激素(TRH)兴奋试验,同时检测甲状腺素。了解下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴(HPTA)功能的变化过程,结果发现整个轴均有变化,其中以垂体、甲状腺功能改变较明显。 Thyrotropin-releasing-hormone(TRH)excitation test was made on twenty patientswith cerebral hemorrhage,and the level of thyroxine in blood was examined at the same timeto study the functional changes in the hypothalamuspituitary gland-thyroid gland-axis(HP-TA).The whole axis found changed,with functional changes of the pituitary gland and thyroid gland more prominent.
