摘要
薄层双向色谱分离分析了４３种非挥发性有机酸、其中近２０种为有机酸代谢病的标记酸或在某种有机酸病中会出现异常的有密切关系的酸。本文研究选得了一对薄层色谱有机酸分离效果好的展开溶剂；改进了尿液中有机酸的溶剂萃取法，具有良好的提取效果。
he separation of more than forty three non-Volatile organic acids in clinical chemistry has been analized by two dimensional thin layer chrornatography. Of them nearly 20 wereacids in diseases of organic acid metabolism or closely related to abnormalities appearing incertain organic acid diseases. A new pair of development solution was used and improved themethod of solvent extraction for organic acids in urine and reised the effects of extractingmost organic acids. This method was suitable for the screeing or diagnosing some congenitaldisorders in organic acid metabolism in the primary hospitals.
