摘要
使用国产ＪＴ－ＥＳＷＬ－Ⅱ型机治疗尿路结石４２例，并连续观察其心电图、乳酸脱氢酶及其同功酶与谷草转氨酶的活力变化，结果表明，体外冲击波虽可导致各种心律失常的发生，但对心肌无明显影响。
Forty two patients with urolithiasis were treated using JT-ESWL-Ⅱ lithotripter.Thedymamic changes in electrocardiogram(EKG ),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and itsisoenzyme and glutamic-oxaloacetate transaminase(SGOT)in the 42 patients were examinedafter ESWL.The results indicated that ESWL might induce different patterns ofarrhythmia,but would not cause definite damage to heart muscles.
