摘要
本文报告完全胃肠外营养（ＴＰＮ）即静脉高营养支持治疗外科重危病人１２５例。所有病人都有２个或２个以上并存症；ＴＰＮ于手术后应用者占４／５，手术前和手术后都应用者占１／５；用药途径全为中央静脉置管输注；营养液盛装全采用一次性３Ｌ袋。全组并发症少，疗效满意。
The supporting treatment with total parenteral nutrition(TPN)on onehundred andtwenty five serious surgical patients has been reported.All patients were suffering from twoor more diseases.About 4/5 patients were given TPN only after operation,The Rest 1/5were given both preperative and postoperative TPN,The nutients were provided in a 3-litrecontainer,infused by inserting a tube into the central veins. Complications were few andtherapeutic effect was satisfactory.
