普通线阵探头端侧法介入性超声术的临床应用

B-ultrasound-guided Puncture by End-probe Approach with Commom Linear Scan Probe

利用普通线阵探头显示病灶，穿刺针从探头一端斜行进针（端侧法）进行超声引导下芽刺术。对１３２例患者共１５３个病灶进行穿刺，结果１５１个病灶穿刺中能清晰显示进针过程，显示率为９８．７％。此法直观、准确、安全，值得在临床上推广应用。

B-ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy with common linear scan probe was performed in153 focuses of 132 patients.After the picture of the focus was imaged,a needle was locatedby one of the probe and sloped forward into the focus,The lacation of the needle in 151 per.formances was clearly imaged and biopsy was successfully(98.7%)and safely made.
