摘要
采用电镜观察不同胎龄鹇胎儿的胰岛起微结构。结果发现:①在第15周胎龄胰岛细胞中出现特征性分泌颗粒,由此可识别A、B、D三种细胞;②第16周A、B细胞出现分泌活动,主要以胞吐方式进行;③整个胎儿时期胰岛中可见一种无颗粒,细胞器少的细胞存在于内、外分泌部。④内外分泌细胞夹杂存在。并结合胰岛移植的应用作了讨论。
With electron microscope the ultrastructure of langerhans from fresh human fetrses of various ages has been observed. The results showed:(1)In the 15th week specialsecretory granules appeared in the islet cells, and basing on their characteristics,A,Band Dcell can be identified.(2)In the 15th Week A and B cells began to have secretory aetivity,adn exocytosis was their main secretory pattem,(3)Duruig the whale fetal period there wasa kind of non-granular cells with less-organelles in both exocrine and endocrine parts of thegland.(4) Either endocrine or exocrine cells could be found in the exocrine gland islets. Theapplication of islet of langerhans transplantation was discussed.
