32例成人结核性脑膜炎CT表现与临床的关系

The Relationship Between CT Manifestations and Clinical Features in 32 Cases of Adult Tuberculous Meningitis

对３２例成人结核性脑膜炎（结脑）的ＣＴ表现进行了临床分析。结果：３２例中有１２例脑室扩张、积水；１３例呈大小不等低密度影。分布在脑实质各个部位；５例为高密度影，１例脑萎缩，１例结核球。１１例无异常发现。早期结脑可无ＣＴ改变，并对ＣＴ表现与结脑预后，病理情况进行了探讨。

The CT manifestadons of thirty two cases of adult tuberculous meningitis were report-ed.Enlargement of cerebral ventricles withhydrocephalus was found in 12 cases,low densi-ty zone of different sizes distributing in various areas of the cerebrum in 13; high denstityzone in 5, cerebral atrophy in one case and tuberculoma in one case. In 11 cases,no abnor-mal picture was shown. In the early stage of tuberculous menignitis,abnormality of CT pic-ture may not appear. The relationships of the prognosis and pathological changes of the dis-ease with CT manifestations were discussed.
