医院感染回顾性调研

A Retrospective Study of Nosocomial Infection

随机抽取省级某医院１９９３年４４９４份住院病历，作医院感染回顾性调研。发现该医院感染率为５．１６％。胸外科感染率最高（１３．３８％），中医科最低（０．８２％）．医院感染部位依次为：手术伤口＞ 下呼吸道＞皮肤与软组织＞泌尿道。医院感染的发生在时间分布上表现出明显的差异。应用病例对照研究分析发现重病监护病房（ＩＣＵ）使用；泌尿道插管及外科手术与医院感染发生有显著性联系。

A random sampling was made from hospitalized records of a provincial hospital in 1993for retrospective study on nosocomial infection. It was found that the average rate of nosoco-mial infection was 5.16%, with the highest rate(13. 38%)in the Department of ThoracicSurgery and the lowest(0. 82%)in the division of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The sitesof nosocomial infection were operative incisions, lower respiratory tract, skin with soft tis-sue and urinary tract respectively. The seasonal distribution of nosocomial infection showedsignificant difference. Through analysis by case-control study it suggested that the use ofICU, urinary tract catheterization and surgical operation were closely associated with the at-tack of nosocomial infection.
