摘要
用Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠皮下注射异丙肾上腺素（ＩＳＰ，５ｍｇ／ｋｇ）造成心肌缺血损伤模型。测定心肌线粒体中丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）、磷脂（ＰＬ）、胆固醇（ＣＨ）和钙含量及超氧化酶歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活力。结果显示，在使用ＩＳＰ前３０ｍｉｎ腹腔注射牛磺酸（Ｔａｕ，２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ），则对ＩＳＰ引起的缺血心肌线粒体损伤有明显的保护作用，可使ＭＤＡ的生成明显降低，ＳＯＤ活力提高、磷脂的降解和钙的聚集作用减轻。
Models of myocardial ischemia was induced by subeutaneous injeetion of isoproterenol(ISP5 mg/kg)into rats. the malondialdehyde(MDA)、cholesterol(CH )、phospholipid(PL)、calcium contents and SOD activities in the mvocardial mitochondrian were observed.Itwsa shown that intraperitoneal injection of taurine(200mg/kg)30 min before ISP injectionhad protective effect on myoeardiun by obviously reducing the MDA formation,decreasingPL degradation and calcium accumulation in the mitochoneria. The results suggested thattaurine can protect myocardial mitochondria from injury,and that this may be one of the im-portant mechanisms by which taurine protects heart from isoproterenol-induced mvocardialdamage.
