摘要
本文对２８例原发性肝癌细胞超微结构进行观察（２６例肝细胞癌，１例混合型肝癌，１例胆管细胞癌）．发现肝癌细胞核明显增大，核外型极不规则，往往凹陷，多数核呈伪足状突起。大多数分化好的癌细胞质内出现较多的粗面内质网，常成层状排列；线粒体也较为丰富，并可见脂滴和少量的溶酶体。
With electron microscope the ultrastructure of 28 cases of primary carcinoma of liverwere observed(including 26 liver cell carcinoma,1 mixed type carcinoma of liver,1 cholan-gial carcinoma);It was shown that the nucleus of liver cell carcinoma was obviously larger,irregular shaped and often indented Many nuclei had pseudopodoid processes.In the cyto-plasm of the well differentiafed carcinoma,the RER were arranged in layers.They were richin mitochondria. Lipid droplets and a few lysosomes could be seen.
