It faces many difficulties for private-owned enterprises to finance in direct and indirect financial market in China. Solving these problems, we must quit discrimination to private-owned enterprises, support finance of private-owned enterprises in stock market, develop financial service system and risk investment institutes, and improve management structure of private-owned enterprises.
